Message We have more e-mails and phone calls than we can physically deal with. And you wouldn't really understand that unless you have been to Z1 during the day. We work long hours minimum 6 days a week and we are constantly juggling phone lines and e-mails all the while trying to get packages shipped, products developed, parts pulled, car repaired, etc. We do have problems and we are working on structure and additional employees to handle it. TT.net is not even the majority of our business but it happens to be the most important to me. It is very disturbing to me some of the things that are said and views that are expressed by a select few on here, considering our devotion to our company and customers. Eveyone that knows us knows that we aren't about screwing people. We are sometimes a little overwhelmed but we will make things right. I talked with the cutomer this afternoon and we agreed to work toward a quick resolution. I had no idea he had tried to contact me as I have been out on the road most of the week taking care of business. No messages, no e-mails, just a nasty post. Robert and John are in a position to make these decisions as I can be hard to reach, which I expect to continue to get worse as we grow. I stand behind their decisions and they have followed the appropiate steps to have this situation resolved in a timely manner. In lieu of todays developments, I intend to work directly with the customer until the situation is resolved.
